Went to heathers winter retreat and it was a life changing experience! I learned more about myself with heather in one weekend then I have in all of my sessions in therapy! Heather is a phenomenal life coach and really helps you understand why you are the way you are and how to heal and move past it! I had a coaching session with Circles of Nature which I found very helpful.First of all, I found it very helpful to be able to ask questions about different types of food that I should be eating with my medical condition.Secondly, I really appreciated the recipes you sent me, I know they are going to be very helpful.Lastly, I found our session very informative regarding nutritional values, what foods are high in protein, and how to divide my plate at meal time to make sure I'm eating the right amounts of the different food groups.Thank you again for all your help and I look forward to working together,
